Ramadan is a time of year where Muslims around the world fast.
At Tigers Den, its a time we use to worship, reflect, and spend time with those who are important to us.
This is also a time to do away with bad habits — essentially to clean up our lives, our thoughts, and our feelings.
This month we will be sharing tips on how to organize our lives.
TIP # 2
Decluttering is the secret to organizing!
-Sorting System: Keep, Toss, Donate: donating could be divided into family/friends, other
Keep if:
it’s sentimental
fits your lifestyle
you’d buy it again
Toss if:
you have more than one
not worth repairing
your instincts say to get rid of it
NOTE: There are a lot of consignment shops in the area our favorite:mustard seed that you can sell clothing items to.
-Choose a room start simple: one room/space at a time.
-Make a plan for that room set a goal and a completion date.
-Choose your sorting method: bags, boxes, bins, etc.
-Start decluttering your space.
What if I need it later? Don’t resist or hesitate when in doubt, let it go!
Save only what you need, use, and love!
Ramadan is a great month for giving what better time to donate!
